A 2,560 sq. ft. post-frame shell, designed as a dual-purpose hobby shop and future barndominium. This build provides the customer with a wide-open workspace and a prepped footprint for their upcoming interior living quarters.
Project Specs:
- Structure: 40′ x 64′ x 14′ post-frame building with 14-foot sidewalls.
- Access: Two 10′ x 12′ overhead garage doors.
- Foundation: Full concrete slab with an integrated radiant floor heating system spanning the entire footprint.
- Future Living Space: One end of the building is structurally prepped for the owner to frame out custom living quarters at a later date.
- Climate Ready: The radiant heat in the slab ensures a quiet, efficient heat source for both the shop and the future home area.
